Sarah is a highly skilled coach, facilitator, consultant and instructional designer with two decades of experience working in learning and development and over 25 years in the corporate sector. Sarah is passionate about working with individuals and organisations to support them with achieving lasting behavioural change that enables people to flourish in both their personal and professional lives.
Sarah specialises in the areas of mindset, resilience, leadership and communication and incorporates researched and evidence-based theory that is underpinned by neuroscience, mindfulness and positive psychology. She combines her expertise in developing people with her strong commercial acumen gained from a previous career in marketing. This, along with her experience with having worked in leadership roles, provides her with both credibility and the capacity to support individuals with navigating the complexities of organisational life.
Sarah partners with clients to implement a range of leading-edge interventions that foster a strong commitment to change by tapping into the unconscious thoughts and emotions that hold people back. In doing so, she is able to support them with unlocking the potential that has previously eluded them.
A qualified meditation teacher since 2004, Sarah has also undertaken formal training in Neuroscience and Brain Health, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Ego State Therapy.
