We understand that the day to day pressures in the life of a Barrister can at times be overwhelming. Often Barrister’s become so consumed in delivering high quality legal services that they neglect the other aspects of their practice such as marketing, business administration and financial management.

With the number of Barristers at the Bar continuing to grow each year, competition is fierce. Barrister’s can no longer rely solely on the proficiency of the work undertaken on their last brief to promote their services.

Our services

Practice review - Shift Leadership^® Program Business Analysis

– Like a health check for your practice – The review process provides an opportunity to benchmark the status of your practice against your practice aspirations and develop an action plan for the next 2 years.

Business development coaching

– Our customised coaching program which combines the practice review with ongoing coaching over 6 to 12 months. The coach will act as accountability partner and support and coach you as you implement your marketing plan.

Seminar presentations and workshops

– Customised presentations and workshops on topics relevant to achieving a sustainable practice.
